Pete Marion is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for TMST.  Experienced in all facets of modeling and simulation he has developed an extended network of contacts and associates spectrum of military training.

Former positions include Executive Director Defense GameTech Conference, Senior Client Service Manager, Assistant Program Executive Officer for Customer Support For PEO STRI,  US Army Principal for Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference.  His industry experience includes Chief Executive Officer, business development, proposal manager, site manager and subject matter expert.

Pete’s operational credentials are based on over 40 years of experience in the Army, the Department of Defense and in industry as a contractor.  His last assignment in the Army was with the 7th Army Training Command in Europe  where he conducted the first live training exercise integrating in virtual simulators and constructive wargame simulations. Pete followed this innovative training achievement by promoting the adaptation of commercial games for military training applications.  As the Executive Director of the Defense GameTech Conference he advocated collaboration between game developers and military training subject matter experts on bringing commercial games to the military.

While assigned to PEO STRI he was responsible for advancing and coordinating the sale of program of record training products to allied nations through the Foreign Military Sales Program.  Sales peaked at over $500M per annum under his watch.

Pete earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York. He earned a Master of Science degree in Administration from Central Michigan University.
