Dave is a Program Management professional with over 28 years of experience in Military Training management, Foreign Military Sales programs, Program/Contract Management, Training Services/Support and the sustainment of simulation and training devices worldwide.
Dave retired after a highly successful 20 year Army career serving in leadership positions from Platoon through Battalion levels and staff positions at Division and Corps levels. He served over 18 years as a Program Manager and Lead Project Director for PEO STRI and as a Program Manager and Business Development Manager in the private sector. Dave developed Joint Service business relationships that supported over $4.3 Billion in training services and support contracts and directly managed programs valued at over $615 million annually.
Dave has an exceptional understanding of the Military Training market. He is an expert in supporting military training in the Live, Virtual and Constructive arena. Years of successful experience in both government and DoD contracting have given him a keen ability to match requirements with optimal solutions.
Dave’s former positions encompass high level management positions in the government and civilian arenas. These include Deputy Director of Training, US Army Europe; Program Manager for Foreign Military Sales/Contingency Operations; Lead Project Director, Constructive Training Division; Program Manager for Warfigher Training; Program Manager for Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulation Maintenance; and Business Development Manager.
Dave holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration as well as an Associate’s of Art degree in Management Studies.
