Jonathan "Jon" Graebener

Jon completed a highly success military career serving in tactical, strategic, and interagency roles.  He was a senior military instructor supporting US and International students at the US Army School of Advanced Military Studies.  He is an award-winning author and excels at system assessments and improvements.    

Jon has tremendous experience and expertise in joint readiness training and operations.  He was the Chief of Staff for Operations Group, and the Chief, Live-Fire Division at the Joint Readiness Training Center.

As the Chief of Staff for operations, he supervised, directed, and coordinated 15 staff sections that provided administrative, training, security, and logistical support to a 700-man organization. 

As the Chief of the Live-Fire Division, he developed leadership and organizational development strategies to prepare large organizations for national security priorities. He implemented a strategy over a 14-month period with nine organizations, improving operational efficiency, quality control, and employee utilization. 

Jon’s ability to use his military training, education, and skill set to address Modeling, Simulations, and

Training requirements is excellent.  He has a deep understanding of the challenges, excels at developing solutions, and provides insightful approaches in organizing and optimizing modern technology to address large-scale collective and individual training requirements. 

Jon holds an MMAS, Advanced Military Studies, MMAS, Military Studies (Distinguished Graduate), MA, Strategic Studies, BS, Physics. 

Jon has also authored three publications:
