Karen has over 35 years of experience in all facets of business management and operations. She most often supports TMST clients in proposal development and capture management. She has an extensive inventory of skills, expertise, and experience supporting Government and civilian clients.
Karen has worked for several of the most prominent defense contractors in the Orlando marketplace providing IT support and simulation capabilities. She supported programs providing crew trainers, enterprise IT support, production and lifecycle support for Army systems, entity and constructive simulations, and other training capabilities. Her projects were always characterized by exceptional success, adherence to schedule, excellent customer relations, errorless resource management and budget oversight.
She consistently provides Proposal, Capture, Volume, and Review Team management support for proposals, including Simulation and Training; Information Technology; Operations & Maintenance, and Logistics. In addition, she has experience leading large grant application projects for the DOE and the EPA. She provides consulting services in business development, program management, and proposal management.
