Lori Aldinger is a Senior Consultant Level III of TMST and is known to be a hands-on consultant, able to perform in a fluid environment offering a strategic and focused approach for limiting risk, increasing productivity, and establishing creative strategies for optimizing internal operations, financial returns, and external customer service.
Former positions include Proposal/Pricing Department Manager, Finance Manager, Business Manager, Program Control Manager, Contracts Manager and Principle Member of Business Staff for DoD and commercial companies. Subject matter expert in total oversight of all pricing and proposal efforts to include coordinate, compile, price, audit and submit to government entities; Perform various business case analysis to derive best-case scenarios for program execution and profitability; Fact find, update and maintain proposals after submittal until negotiation; Ensure proper contract setup and compliance post award; Monitor contract progress, performance, budgets and schedules; Track funding profiles; Monitor critical path to scheduled milestones; Monthly invoicing, spending forecasts, financial reporting; Support annual forward pricing for LRSP/AOP generation; Waterfall forecasts and report AOP variance analysis; Track/Manage PMO budgets; Manage and streamline the quarterly EAC process; Mentor and train various levels of personnel for program success; Provide EVM and CSSR/CPR reporting and analysis; Primary POC and escort for DCAA audits.

Lori’s years of experience is backed by a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. Her four concentrations of study in Management are Finance, Production Operations, Human Resources and Marketing. She minored in Accounting & Information Systems Management.
