Matt is a highly regarded leader in Business Development, Program Management, and Engineering, passionate about driving growth and innovation in the defense industry. With a proven track record of success, Matt is known for his dynamic leadership style, engineering expertise, and ability to build effective teams that deliver results. His extensive experience in strategic teaming, pricing strategies, and acquisition influence has significantly enhanced the Probability of Win for numerous business pursuits within the Department of Defense market.

Matt previously held positions at Dell Technologies, Leidos, and Northrop Grumman. He has played pivotal roles as Capture Manager and Portfolio Manager, leading successful business pursuits, including the recent Simulator Common Architecture Requirements and Standards (SCARS), National Cyber Range Complex Event Planning & Operational Support contracts (NCRC) and Cyber TRIDENT awards, each valued at hundreds of millions of dollars. Matt recently served as an Account Executive with Dell Technologies, supporting STRATCOM, NORTHCOM, and Global Strike capability.

Matt has also served as Program Manager for the following Training System Programs

  • US Army AH-64A CMS Upgrade
  • US Army UH-72A Synthetic Flight Training System
  • US Army CCTT PDSS
  • USAF CASNET (leading to the establishment of the ARNG ARCNet)

Matt's engineering expertise is equally noteworthy. He recently led the design and construction of a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and data center. As a network architect for the USAF Distributed Mission Operations Network (DMON), he provided a global Edge to Cloud capability for geographically separated aircrew trainers.  As the Network Standard Lead for the USAF Standards Development Working Group, Matt evolved and established communication for classified training systems on the DMON.

Matt's career is a testament to his dedication to advancing technology solutions for the defense industry. His visionary leadership and technical acumen continue to shape the landscape of Business Development and Program Management in the ever-evolving world of defense technology.
