Randy Hill

Randy Hill is a Senior Consultant with TMST experienced in all facets of Program Management, M&S Training solutions, Proposal Development, Resource Management, and Change Management. He most often supports/ consults on Training Management; Program and Operating Unit Management, Business Development and Capture/Proposal efforts. He is a highly regarded SME for combined Arms Operations.
Mr. Hill has worked among the top defense industry corporations in the United States including as a Capture Manager focused on programs over $100M; a Major Programs Business Developer; and Operations Manager for the Digitized Training and Operations Business Unit of a top 3 defense industry firm. Supported programs included both CONUS and OCONUS efforts, He is an expert on III Corp support, Brigade through Corps Staff Training, and US Army Training and Doctrine.
Randy is a career retired U.S. Army combat arms officer/former battalion commander. He is a veteran and senior leader with excellent innovative problem-solving skill sets – leader, trainer, and mentor who innovated disparate training systems to support collective training throughout III Corps both in uniform and as a supporting contractor.

Career highlights include:

• Senior manager III Corps Training Support contract; supervising a workforce of over 250 organic and 400 personnel total located across III Corps sites and Fort Leavenworth.
• Managed all facets of III Corps BCTB/MCTC contract; the Korean Battle Simulation Center contract; the ARI IDIQ/task orders; PEO STRI STOC II IDIQ; and the Warfigher Focus IDIQ.
• Training and Logistics IPT lead for the Future Combat Systems
• Senior executive business development, capture management, and project management
