Most recently Scott managed the large and complex Ground TES MILES program. He excelled at anticipating issues, conflict resolution, and meeting and exceeding requirements. Scott has over 14 years management experience with MILES. He was instrumental in preparing yearly budgets and presenting them to senior leadership. As the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the Warfighter Focus (WFF) contract, Scott was responsible for global support for the program, budget planning, and execution of all program requirements. Scott has served on source selection boards responsible for awards as high as $11.2 billion dollars. Scott has demonstrated a unique ability to match requirements with resolutions, apply sound fiscal management, and most importantly achieve results.
Scott was responsible for the installment of a commercial Configuration Management tool that managed over 1.6 GBs of information. He has outstanding program logistics experience. He understands the defense logistics environment, sustainment requirements, and how to maximize logistical support for a myriad of diverse efforts.
Scott is adroit at all phases of the program life cycle; from source selection, through development and fielding and transition to sustainment operations. He has received numerous awards and recognition
