As we continue to serve small and large businesses across the nation, along with our growing reputation of excellence and popularity, TMST is pleased to announce the expansion of our Proposal Management Support Office. Over the past year we have sought out the consultants with a breadth of knowledge, skills and, above all else, experience in winning proposals for clients. We believe that writing a winning proposal begins with Long Term Positioning Phase and ends when the Contract Award is announced. This holistic view of proposal management enables us to tailor our support to fill gaps in capabilities of any client.
The TMST Opportunity Life Cycle Phase Implementation, as shown in the below table, is complimented with a detailed analysis of each phase and metrics that defines entrance and exit criteria of each phase.
