Rob completed a highly successful military career as a Command Sergeant Major supporting several commands.  He is a highly decorated combat veteran with both tactical and strategic experience. Rob has served as a Principal Senior Enlisted Advisor and Master Trainer at all echelons of tactical commands and in every variation of the Army Brigade Combat Team.  The combination of military experience and expert understanding of technology supporting training requirements provides an exceptional resource for supporting all facets of the Training, Modeling, and Simulations environment.    He also has experience as a Defense Contractor.  

He was Director of Army Programs and Military Technology Integration at Dignitas Technologies, where he developed business and campaign plans and supported bid and proposal development, resulting in significant wins. He also led an engineering design team that brainstormed industry capabilities supporting PEO STRI.

Rob served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commandant of the United States Army Infantry School and Director of the Cross-Functional Lethality Team (CFT- Lethality) responsible for training management, Programs of Instruction (POI) implementation, operations, and personnel for over 26 courses supporting Warfighter development and lethality.
