Peter is an exceptional senior leader with numerous skills and experience in simulation, training, and information technology. He has been an Operations Manager, Past Performance Proposal Author, Management Consultant, and leadership development educator with demonstrated success in communications, recruiting, strategic planning, human resources, production, and organizational administration.
As a Business Developer, Peter developed a strategic pipeline across the entire business development lifecycle, including opportunity identification and qualification, call plan development and execution, strategic capture management, and proposal development.
His responsibilities included developing and maturing relationships with potential customers, identifying key POCs, and establishing customer intimacy regarding pain points, hot buttons, and future mission plans. Managed internal and external stakeholders and teammates and worked closely with Proposal Managers to develop bid strategies that were compelling to the customer and compliant with RFP requirements. He developed and presented gate reviews and proposal plans to the executive team. Formulated teaming strategy, structure, and selected teammates. Worked with the Pricing Lead to create a winning cost proposal and price to win. As a Capture Manager, Peter excelled at pursuing business development opportunities to promote and sell new business in the Ground LVC-G Training market. He supported a business pipeline responsible which included wins on the USARNG eXportable Combat Training Capability ($190M), ARCENT TSS ($25M), the Korea Battle Simulation Center($105M), and the Joint Multinational Simulation Center ($74M). The primary areas of emphasis were live and constructive training and National Guard Training.
As the Program Director for Warfighter Focus, he was responsible for all subcontractor corporate support on the WFF contract valued at $135M annually with 900+ FTEs and over $1.8B in revenue for 2008-2019.
