We are pleased to announce that Jonathan “Jon” Graebener joined TMST as a Senior Consultant. Jonathan completed a 24-year military career encompassing a wide range of strategic, tactical, and academic experience. He served in Command positions and supervised large staffs responsible for hundreds of personnel supporting critical missions.
Jon is a subject matter expert who enhances the short and long-term effectiveness of leaders, teams, training, and professional development. He graduated from the US Army Advanced Military Studies Program and Advanced Strategic Leadership Studies Program and served as a senior instructor at the US Army School of Advanced Military Studies.
He is experienced in joint readiness and training, having served as the Chief of Staff, Operations Group, and Chief, Live-Fire Operations Group at the Joint Readiness Training Center. Finally, Jon has experience working in government interagency operations.
Jon is an award-winning author and has published numerous articles.
