Dave is a Program Management professional with over 28 years of experience in Military Training management, Foreign Military Sales programs, Program/Contract Management, Training Services/Support, and the sustainment of simulation and training devices worldwide.
Dave retired after a highly successful 20-year Army Career. He served over 18 years as a Program Manager and Lead Project Director for PEO STRI. Additionally, Dave has experience as a Program Manager and Business Development Manager in the private sector. Dave developed Joint Service business relationships that supported over $4.3 Billion in training services and support contracts and directly managed programs valued at over $615 million annually.
Dave’s former positions encompass high-level management in the government and civilian arenas. These include Deputy Director of Training, US Army Europe. Dave has an exceptional understanding of Military Training logistics. He has managed global logistical support for several large programs.
He is an expert in military training in the Live, Virtual, and Constructive arena. Years of successful experience in both government and DoD contracting have given him a keen ability to match requirements with optimal solutions.
