Katherine distinguished career encompasses experience as Military, Government Civil Servant, and high-profile defense industry leader. She has a unique 360 degree understanding of programs and related business. She’s supported contract opportunities valued more than $1Billion. As an Account Manager for a major DoD contractor Katherine was the primary corporate interface with key Army customer organizations at the PEO level and Army Futures Command and related DoDx organizations. She has a mastery of all phases of the business acquisition process for Programs of Record (POR) and non-POR opportunities. Katherine is highly adept at identifying and supporting traditional and non-traditional acquisition initiatives. She has an insightful understanding of requirements at the strategic and tactical levels.
As a Business Development Manager, Katherine employed expert skills at evaluating and providing competitive intelligence analysis in support of capture activities. She used an intuitive perception of what the customer is asking for to develop superior proposal responses. Her broad level of experience has resulted in an uncanny ability to “Know What Works” and how to convey that in winning business pursuits. She has a proven ability to quickly ascertain critical proposal requirements from the customer perspective match those with superior corporate capabilities and articulate the solutions in winning proposals.
