Lori Aldinger has over 30 years of experience and expertise supporting the M&S training market. She has supported DoD’s largest defense contractors in various management roles.
As a Senior Finance/Pricing Manager, she managed program financial health for many multi-million-dollar programs. She led bid and proposal efforts, including coordination, compiling, pricing, and auditing for government and prime entities. Lori has experience supporting all contract types (CPFF, CPAF, FFP, and T&M). This includes ensuring compliance with all FAR/DFAR requirements.
Lori served as a Business Operations Manager/ Accounting Manager leading a team of Program Control Analysts overseeing all financial aspects of a $187M dollar contract with 205 Delivery Orders.
As a Senior Program Control Analyst, Lori was responsible for tracking, maintaining, and reporting contract cost and performance to senior management. She is proficient in using Earned Value Management (EVM), CSSR/CPR reporting, and various forecast, compliance, and database tools. Lori also has experience as the Primary POC and escort for DCAA audits.
As a Software Metrics Analyst/Cost Control Analyst, Lori developed and presented monthly Software Metrics reports for numerous programs. She is experienced with WBS generation, Software Development Plans, Sub-Contractor requirements, and Performance Measurement Baselines. She ensured compliance with a software engineering process that achieved SEI Level 4.
