Mike is exceptionally experienced in all facets of proposal support, specializing in Army acquisition and acquisition operations with an emphasis on Aviation and Ground vehicle training systems.

Mike excels at helping companies define program acquisition strategies, perform capture planning, and providing end-to-end proposal support. His services include providing a wide range of functional, operational, technical, and acquisition support to Defense solution providers.

Mike has a keen ability to connect companies with prospective clients. He has extensive experience leading new business capture efforts, including; Competitive Analysis, Position-to-Win, Strategic Partnerships, and International Capture experience. He is highly focused on exceeding customer expectations.

Former positions include Senior Project Director for all PEO STRI USArmy aviation flight simulators, Supervisor of all Maritime Integrated Training Systems, and Coordinator of all Foreign Military Sales Cases processed by the Office of the Product Manager Air and Command Tactical Trainers. Duties included the management of 17 major

complex aviation training device and simulator acquisitions, maritime simulators, and remotely piloted air vehicle simulators.

Mike also served as the Project Director responsible for life cycle program management and oversight of Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and acquisition life cycle management for the Battlefield Mobility / Target Acquisition (BM/TA) Program to include fielded Foreign Military Sales training systems.

Mike’s logistics credential capstone is as the Senior Logistician responsible for management of multiple major procurement programs for both aviation and ground vehicle training systems. Mike participated in multiple Department of Army source selections.
