Scott is adept at all phases of program life cycle management, from source selection through development, fielding, and transition to sustainment operations.
Scott managed the large and complex Ground TES MILES program for 14 years. He excelled at anticipating issues, conflict resolution, and meeting and exceeding requirements. He was instrumental in preparing yearly budgets and managing program logistics.
As the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the Warfighter Focus (WFF) contract, Scott was responsible for global support for the program, budget planning, and execution of all program requirements. Scott has served on source selection boards responsible for awards as high as $11.2 billion dollars.
Scott provides consulting services in program logistics and program financial management; He understands logistics requirements and how to expertly address them in proposals.
