We are delighted that Dave Grow has joined TMST as a Senior Consultant. Dave is an acquisition expert with over 37 years of government experience.
Dave has outstanding technical skills and highly successful Management experience. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Security/FMS certified, DAWIA certified, and a certified Test Director. He has managed over 60 source selection boards supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, OSD, Dept of the Interior, Defense Technical Information Center, and others, with the largest effort being a $2.4B MA-IDIQ. Dave was also the President of the Central Florida Chapter of the International Test and Evaluation Association.
